Triffectaproductions.com may only be used pursuant to the terms and conditions enforced by Tri-FFECTA Productions, LLC. By purchasing non-exclusive (demo) music sold under www.triffectaproductions.com, you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

Tri-FFECTA Productions, LLC ("Licensor") in accordance with the terms set forth below, grants to the customer ("Licensee") a license for non-exclusive use of "music" hereafter purchased and downloaded from Tri-FFECTA Productions, LLC by and through www.triffectaproductions.com.

Licensee agrees to properly credit Tri-FFECTA Productions, LLC in the following formats:

For a beat:

"Music written and produced by Tri-FFECTA Productions, LLC."

TERMS

1) The royalty-free, non-exclusive musical compositions sold by www.triffectaproductions.com remain the property of Tri-FFECTA Productions, LLC and are licensed, not sold, to you the licensee. Licensor retains all rights to re-sell beats and/or publish the beats for Licensor and/or other artists/companies.

2) This Agreement grants the Licensee the right to use Licensor's non-exclusive beats for demonstration purposes only; not for re-sale purposes. Failing to obtain the proper legal license from Tri-FFECTA Productions, LLC for any other purposes will result in copyright infringement. Licensee agrees and understands that such infringement is a compensable damage to Licensor for which Licensor may exercise legal efforts, including recovery of attorneys' fees, for Licensee's infringement. Licensee agrees that any such enforcement is subject to the laws of the State of Texas and venue is proper in Harris County, Texas.

3) This Agreement expressly prohibits any resale or other distribution of Licensor's compositions ( i.e. demo beats), as they currently exist or with modifications thereof. Licensee cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, or transfer all OR any of the products sold under triffectaproductions.com to another user, or for use in any competitive product. Unauthorized use or duplication is a violation of this Agreement and of applicable laws of the United States and other countries. Any infringement will be pursued as set forth in Section 2 above.
